At What A Gai, every jar is prepared, packed, and shipped with care. Since our products are food items intended for consumption, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Why we do not accept returns
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, food products cannot be resold once they leave our facility. For this reason, all purchases made on our website are non-returnable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If you receive:
• A damaged product
• An incorrect product
• A product with visible leakage or transit damage
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the case, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A refund, where applicable
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
